What are the space requirements?

We recommend a minimum room size of 13 ft wide × 16 ft deep × 10 ft high. This ensures comfortable clearance for your swing and proper sensor coverage from the rear-mounted EYE XR unit.

 

What's included in the AI Studio?

The Uneekor AI Studio includes the EYE XR rear-mounted launch monitor, a pair of Swing Optix® cameras for real-time swing replay, a 1-year Al Trainer subscription for personalized coaching insights, and 3-month trial of the Ultimate software package.

 

Do I need additional software subscriptions?

AI Trainer is included for 1 year. A base Player subscription is also included at no charge. You can optionally upgrade to Pro, Champion, or Ultimate for access to third-party software, additional courses, and more profiles.

 

How do I activate my AI Trainer license?

Once your Swing Optix cameras are registered in Launcher, your AI Trainer license will automatically be added to your account and available for activation.

 

Does the AI Studio work with third-party software?

Yes. With a Pro subscription or higher, you can connect to supported third-party golf simulation software for an expanded library of courses and gameplay modes.

 

How is the EYE XR mounted?

The EYE XR is rear-mounted on the ceiling behind the golfer. This keeps the unit completely out of the hitting zone for a clean, safe, and space-efficient setup.

 

Do I need stickers on my clubface?

Yes. The EYE XR requires reflective clubface stickers to capture full club data.
